Manufacturer’s Warranty
This warranty is provided by Kalencom for the "My Own Space" product. Kalencom warrants that your "My Own Space" is free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase.
Coverage
During the warranty period, Kalencom will, at its discretion, repair or replace any part of the product that proves to be defective due to improper materials or workmanship under normal use and maintenance. This warranty covers all defects in materials and workmanship.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by improper use, accidents, neglect, or unauthorized modifications
- Damage from improper storage, exposure to extreme conditions, or failure to follow the product’s care instructions
- Cosmetic damage, such as scratches, dents, or discoloration that does not affect the product’s functionality

If a defect is confirmed, Kalencom will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product. The customer may be responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the product for inspection. If the product is found to be defective, Kalencom will cover the cost of shipping the replacement or repaired item.
Disclaimer of Incidental Damages
This warranty does not cover any incidental or consequential damages caused by misuse, improper handling, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
